NFC MedID Emergency ID Tag

Inspired by those Medical ID bracelets, MedID is a CGI Script that:

• •.allows a visitor to enter emergency medical ID data 

• •.will create a URL pointing to the script and containing all of the entered data. This URL can then be stored in a NFC tag or be printed as QR code 

• •.once the URL is opened e.g. by scanning the NFC tag, will display the emergency data 

Note that all the personal data is contained in the URL, i.e. it will never be stored by the script. This should provide maximum privacy of sensitive data. However, please be aware that servers’ log files will contain this data!
